into Classical Tantra

WORKSHOP

KEYS TO RADICAL FREEDOM

One of the most impactful body of teachings the Tantrik tradition has to offer us, the map of the six realms representing the six ways we lose track of our essence-nature along the spiritual path. In this in-depth 3 day workshop, we explore each of the six realms in detail until we recognize our fundamental patterns, to then in engage the practices that can help us be free of that realm, supporting the way back to embrace our innate humanity fully moment to moment.

These teachings offer us the keys to radical freedom through self-understanding.

TANTRIK YOGA

THE PRACTICES

The practice of classical Tantrik Yoga is fundamentally about becoming undivided and experiencing your true nature: simple, blissful, awake aware presence.

This workshop is an exploration into  a particular facet of classical practices from the Tantra Tradition that give you access to that truth with ease and grace rather than effortful striving.

-Indepth and interactive discussions

- Satsang

- Awareness cultivation techniques

Partner exercises & energy-body practices

From Bangkok: the cheapest way is to take one of the overnight buses leaving from Khaosan road around 18.00 daily, which arrives the next morning in Surathani, then take a boat from Donsak Pier.

Bus and boat combo ticket can be arranged by travel agencies on Khaosan Road for about 700-900 Baht all the way to Koh Phangan.

BY TRAIN & BOAT

Taking the overnight train from Bangkok with the proper bed is also a comfortable way to get Koh Phangan. Trains stop early morning at Surathani,  buy bus and boat ticket to Koh Phangan Island. Train tickets from Surathani back to Bangkok should be reserved in advance especially in high season.

The cheapest option is to fly from Bangkok (BKK) to Surathani Airport (URT) with AirAsia.

Transportation to the ferry pier is easy to find at Surathani airport.

Ferries depart several times a day with the last one being around 17.30.

Travel time: 1-hour flight from Bangkok to Surathani airport. Then is 1.5-hour bus ride to the boat pier, and depending on what boat company you take the ride to Koh Phangan lasts between 1.5 hours (Lompraya)  -2.5 hours (Raja fairy).

Flying to Koh Samui is convenient, yet more expensive, you may check the rates for yourself. Koh- Samui Airport (USM) has frequent flights from Bangkok (BKK) with Bangkok Airways.

Travel time: 1-hour flight + 30 minutes boat ride from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan.
