What is Nidra Yoga?
Facing the challenges of our contemporary life, too often meaningless, Nidrâ Yoga stands for dramatically reducing mental stress and developing concentration capacities.
It is also a millennia-old understanding bringing deep insights into the meaning of our human nature dealing with the intense movement of today society. ~ Andre Riehl
Nidra Yoga is a powerful and ancient practice that focuses on deep relaxation and concentration.
The combination of these two elements leads to a deeper meditative state, where the mind and body become more still and the quality of attentiveness arises.
This heightened state of awareness brings with it a sense of affection or love. Not only do we feel more loving towards others, but we also feel as if something is taking care of us. As a result, many fears and anxieties also begin to dissipate.

We want to personally express our passion for this unique practice. Nidra Yoga offers the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Through its practice, we have seen a reduction in tension and anxiety in individuals from all backgrounds. It has even been proven to help alleviate symptoms associated with high anxiety such as headaches, dizziness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain.
Additionally, the techniques used in Nidra Yoga have been found to be helpful in aiding soldiers dealing with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and untying psychological knots and traumas.
We believe that Nidra Yoga should be studied in-depth by all, whether you are a serious practitioner looking to explore the world of lucid dreaming or someone in need of reducing anxiety and stress-related symptoms. At Nidra Yoga, we are dedicated to helping people experience the benefits of this practice and we hope that you will consider joining us on this journey.
